My mom made this decoration and others like it when we were really little. I think it's the only one left now.
This must have been a present from one of her students.

Some of these songs have nothing to do with the situation, but they have phrases that we've had experiences with and make us think of our Mom, or they help remind us that we can get through this hard time.

Oh Kristin, the teacher ornament was from Jayce last year. It made me tear up to see the picture. Thanks for posting it. My girls love the bird. these pictures were so fun for them. They think it's so funny to have a bird in your Christmas tree. We are thinking of you this Christmas time and know it will be a tough time but we pray the peace of this wonderful season can fill your hearts! In memory of Molly, we are trying to be more service oriented this Christmas and more loving and kind to every one. She sure comes to mind often, especially this time of year.
