Runny Jell-O

My mom loved having people over for dinner and for parties. She would cook tons of stuff and always forgot about some dish being kept warm in the microwave. She would remember it as soon as people started leaving.

And who has ever been to our house for dinner and had Jell-O salad that was set all the way?...Anyone?

For whatever reason, my mom would make the Jell-O right before everyone was supposed to be there and it was always runny.


I miss runny Jell-O.
